Here is the way:
a) Go to this sms unsubscribe link on snapdeal.
b) Enter your mobile number that you want to unsubscribe "Snapdeal SMS alerts". Click Submit.
If your mobile is registered with snapdeal, it will show you a screen to enter verification code.
c) You will receive a verification code on your mobile number
d) Enter the code and you are done !!

But when i am confirming PIN site says : invalid pin
