Well, if you follow the usual automated instructions, you might reach a very confusing step where it asks for your 11 digit VC number and once you enter it, it says, wrong VC number.If you just have to talk to the dish TV customer care, here is a quick way:

Next menu : 1 for English
Next Menu: 2 For more info about dish TV (Don't try "if you are already an customer" option i.e. option 1)
then in the Next menu, pressing 9 will directly put your call to dish TV Customer care.

Dish TV has great quality of pictures and superb sound. With dish network, the bandwidth is much wider and therefore there is hardly any interference or overlapping of images.
